Product Description
The Maxtor CTG10 thermal paste is a high-performance thermal interface material featuring 14.5 W/m-K thermal conductivity, making it ideal for efficient heat dissipation on CPUs, GPUs, and other high-heat components. This compound is non-electrically conductive, minimizing any risk of short circuits. It has a grey colour, a density of 2.8 g/ml, and a viscosity around 95,000 mPa·s. The operating temperature range is from −50 °C to +280 °C, with a maximum limit rating of up to +290 °C. The CTG10 model is suitable for CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, gaming rigs and mining systems. It is RoHS and REACH certified, compatible with aluminum heatsinks, and has a 5-year shelf life.
