Product Description
The Maxtor CTG8-D is a high-performance thermal interface material (TIM) with a thermal conductivity of 12.8 W/m·K, designed to provide efficient heat dissipation for CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, and other high-heat components. This compound is electrically non-conductive, minimizing the risk of short-circuits. It comes in a 2-gram syringe, packaged in a simple PE bag, and includes a scraper tool for easy application. The paste is grey in color, has a density of 2.8 g/ml, and a viscosity of approximately 85,000 mPa·s. The operating temperature range spans −50 °C to +250 °C, with a maximum limit of +270 °C. Maxtor CTG8-D is compatible with aluminum heatsinks, has a 5-year shelf life, and is certified under RoHS / REACH.
